Description

Bara Brith

Our classic Bara Brith is a multi-award-winning fruit loaf baked to a traditional Pembrokeshire farmhouse recipe using tea-soaked vine fruits, marmalade and spices. We are proud that all the baking remains to be done by hand. Our exclusive baking process allows the flavours in the cake to develop, resulting in a moist cake.

We believe that using quality ingredients and our unique process is what makes our Bara Brith extra special. Made without butter or margarine, this is a low-fat treat that you can enjoy without the guilt! However, we do suggest that the loaf is delightful sliced, slathered in Welsh Salted Butter and devoured with a cup of hot tea!
